compute and complete your tax return for e-file. We use tax

in order to provide the tax return and electronic filing or
other services you have requested. Except as described herein
we do not disclose tax return information to third parties nor
use it to market third parties' products and services. For our
records, we may, in our sole discretion, retain original and
updated information for reasons such as technical constraints,
dispute resolution, troubleshooting and agreement enforcement.

To help protect the privacy of
data you transmit through use of this Site, Tax Filing Online,
Ltd. uses industry-standard security standards and procedures
to help prevent unauthorized access to confidential
information about you. All transmissions of your tax return
and credit card information between your computer and our

technology on an ongoing basis. Additionally, we train our
employees about the importance of confidentiality and
maintaining the security of your information.We commit to
taking appropriate disciplinary measures to enforce our

of these communications because our tax e-file services
includes e-file, processing, submission, result analysis and
possibly resubmission required for the tax return. Without
these communication, you may not find out if the tax return
has been accepted by the IRS or not, resulting in refund delay
or other difficulties.

Changes to Our Privacy Statement.
By using this Site or any Tax
Filing Online, Ltd. services you agree to the terms and
conditions in this Privacy Statement and the Complete Tax User
Agreement (the terms and conditions of which are hereby
incorporated by reference). It is our goal to make our
policies easy to understand. While we try to maintain
consistent policies between our privacy statement and our user
agreement, there may be a case where the two policies
conflict. In those rare instances, the User Agreement shall be
the controlling document.
As our business changes from
time to time, this Privacy Statement and the User Agreement
are expected to change. We reserve the right to amend the
Privacy Statement and User Agreement at any time, for any
reason. Should we need to change this Privacy Statement, we
will post the pending change on top of the Privacy Statement
at our website for 30 days prior to the effective date of the
